The TRAK-FREE™ Carriage System was developed to further strengthen our mission of providing our customers with the most efficient, space-saving, cost-effective mobile grow solutions to suit their unique needs. Our Mobile Vertical Grow Rack Systems have become the preferred choice selected by preeminent indoor growers. Working alongside our partners as we continue our initiative to focus on R&D, our engineers accepted the challenge to create a system that would eliminate the current multiple floor-mounted track configuration.

TRAK-FREE™ Mobile Carriage Systems

This inspired us to engineer our patent-pending TRAK-FREE™ Carriage System. The revolutionary advancement of our TRAK-FREE™ Carriage System is the single guide rail along the back of the system, rather than multiple tracks in the walkway. Eliminating the tracks means there will be less cost for materials and installation, but the real advantage of this new concept is it leaves the entire floor open to move carts and ladders around the grow room, clean debris, and mitigate additional GMP impediments created by tracks on the floor.

Room Requirements

  • Floor must be smooth and free of pits, cracks and other defects that will interfere with the free flow movement of the wheels.

  • Floor level to within ¼” per 8 foot; max variance of

    the entire carriage room (± ½”).
